Here’s How It Works

1. Connection Call (15 minutes)
   We meet live to sense into your current patterns and agree the focus for the work and overarching intention. If needed this can be carried via email or voice message exchange.

2. Remote Clearing & Calibration (in-absentia)
   The shamanic work is carried out privately. I tune in to shift what’s ready to move or return. Please note this work may not always be carried out immediately following the Connection Call. Instead, depending on capacity, it may be undertaken at a later time according to Richard's availability and spirit-led shamanic schedule.

3. Healing Story Delivery (audio recording voice message)
   You’ll receive a personalised audio sharing symbolic insights, what arose and was carried out on your behalf during the work, and any post-clearing integration instructions.

4. Integration & Reflection Call (optional 15 minutes)
   Once you’ve listened, you are invited to book an optional follow-up to reflect, ask questions, or explore integration practices. For some the healing story audio is sufficient.
