Who this work is for
This work may be suitable for people who are:
seeking shamanic healing, spiritual support, discernment or deeper inquiry;
navigating emotional, ancestral, relational, spiritual or life-transition concerns;
curious about shamanic journeying and want to learn how to journey for themselves;
looking for grounded shamanic foundations before deeper practice;
ready to explore practitioner-level training after suitable prior foundations.
The work begins with discernment. That means the aim is not to force a particular form of healing or training, but to understand what is present, what may be appropriate, and whether this is the right container.
Location and format
R&C is based at Immortal House / Brechfa House, Brechfa, near Carmarthen, SA32 7RA.
In-person work is offered from the Brechfa / Carmarthen area of West Wales. Most one-to-one healing work is also available remotely or in absentia by agreement.

Shamanic healing and discernment
Shamanic Discovery Call
A short conversation to look at what is going on, what kind of support may be appropriate, and whether shamanic work is the right next step. This is usually the best first step if you are considering one-to-one shamanic healing or deeper inquiry.
Book a Discovery Call
Shamanic Discernment Consultation
A focused consultation to explore what is present, whether shamanic work is appropriate, and which next step may fit. This can be useful before a deeper healing ceremony, remote inquiry, to support post-healing or programme integration, or a training route.
Shamanic Healing Ceremony
An in-depth shamanic healing ceremony offered in person or remotely by agreement.
A ceremony may include journeying, spirit-led inquiry, soul-power retrieval, energetic clearing, ancestral work, integration processes, or other elements as appropriate.
The work is guided by what is revealed and required, rather than by a fixed structure, or a desired, pre-determined, or promised outcome.
Remote Shamanic Healing Inquiry
A focused remote shamanic inquiry into one question, theme or area of concern.
The work is carried out independently, without a live call, and followed by a written or recorded account. This may suit people who want a focused inquiry, with capacity for some healing, where a full ceremony is not needed, not possible, or not yet the right container.
Shamanic Synchronicity and tailored goal-orientated healing programmes
Some people need a longer rhythm of support rather than a single session or isolated inquiry. Goal-orientated outcomes and complex multi-layered situations that invite a more in-depth degree of attention, attunement, and resolution often require this.
For those situations, Richard may offer a tailored shamanic healing programme or ongoing container, such as Shamanic Synchronicity, or Alchemy Activation, bespoke in absentia healing work, or a structured sequence of discernment, healing, integration and follow-up.
These containers may be suitable where the work concerns recurring life patterns, ancestral themes, personal or professional transition, energetic depletion, stress, relationship dynamics, creative blocks, or a need for careful, considered support over time.
Programme work is discussed by conversation first, because the form, rhythm and suitability of the container depend on what is present and what is appropriate.
Shamanic journeying and training
Introduction to Shamanic Journeying
A 60–90 minute beginner-friendly introduction to shamanic journeying.
This includes an overview of shamanic practice, basic journeying principles, an initial exploratory journey, sharing and questions. The focus is on learning how to journey for yourself. It is not a guided meditation, a recurring drumming circle, or a full workshop.
Shamanic Foundations Workshop
A grounded, experiential, non-residential weekend learning the foundations of shamanic journeying and working with compassionate helping spirits. The workshop is suitable for beginners and returning practitioners. It is also the foundation pathway for deeper practitioner-level training, including Soul Retrieval and Shamanic Extraction Medicine.
Soul-Power Retrieval and Shamanic Extraction Medicine Training
A six-day practitioner training for those who have already completed Shamanic Foundations, an Introduction to Shamanism workshop, or equivalent foundational shamanic training.
The training explores the restoration of parts that have been lost or hidden away, the respectful return of what is ready to come home, the removal of what does not belong, and the careful rebalancing and integration of change. This is not a beginner training. It is for those with suitable foundations and confidence in shamanic journeying.
Working with Richard
R&C is led by Richard Conner, a shamanic practitioner, trainer, and facilitator in West Wales.
Richard’s work brings together shamanic healing, spiritual guidance, training, facilitation, creative practice and grounded discernment. The emphasis is on careful orientation, consent, direct experience, and appropriate next steps. The work is not about persuading people into a pathway. It is about helping each person sense what is present, what is needed, and whether this form of work is right for them now, at this time in their lives.
How to begin
For one-to-one healing, discernment or remote inquiry, begin with a discovery call.
For learning and training, view the current workshop and training dates. If you are unsure whether a workshop or training is suitable, start with a conversation first.
