Richard created and held the setting and space beautifully, ensuring the energy was sufficiently grounded to journey safely. This, along with very clear instructions, allowed me to feel at ease. Richard led us to work together in pairs and also alongside him in support of the community healing.

Overall I felt safe and now I feel confident that I can journey to help myself and others. New seeds have been planted in my heart. I look forward to seeing them grow and flourish. A new path, a fresh start.
