I thought it would be a heavy thing, all very serious, but it wasn’t. It was so simple. Nobody judged and nobody bragged. It all felt very equal.

It was a very grounded and accessible workshop. There were no expectations, just gentle guidance that allowed you to be who you are and come to understand things with ease.
